We are happy to announce our gradual return to practice in accordance with the second phase of the BC Restart Plan on May 19th, 2020.
We are working with our governing body, the CMTBC, to have interim practices in place to keep both RMTs and patients as safe as possible. With that in mind, thing will look slightly different at Bliss.
We ask that you read through the protocols below. These protocols have been put in place to maximize safety for all parties.
New Interim Protocols:
We are looking forward to seeing each of you. If you have any questions or concerns, simply contact us.
Thank you for your continued support!

- All patients must complete a COVID-19 questionnaire/consent form that will be sent out electronically prior to each appointment.
- You’ll see a sign on the front door asking you not to enter and to wait for your therapist to greet you at the door. The front door will be locked, this ensures no walk in traffic.
- Walking into the clinic confirms that you acknowledge the conditions that we expect from our patients to keep everyone as safe as possible. Anyone exhibiting symptoms will be asked to leave the clinic immediately.
- The previous waiting area has been transformed into a pass through area only.
- We will have hand sanitizing stations set up in the clinic and ask that patients sanitize their hands upon entry. We ask that you be mindful of touching surfaces and only do so as needed.
- Our RMT's will be wearing a face mask during your treatment. If you wish that they wear eye protection and or gloves please advise us or your therapist directly prior to your treatment.
- Patients will be asked to bring their own clean masks (homemade, cloth or disposable). If you do not have one then we can provide a disposable one for a small fee. Masks are strongly suggested to be worn and will be needed to be worn for any neck work or craniosacral work.
- Patients must arrive unaccompanied unless the patient is a minor who requires parent/guardian, or infirm and needs assistance. We also ask that only service animals will be allowed in the clinic.
- Payments will be taken inside the treatment room to avoid congregating in the waiting area, and for the time being all receipts will be emailed. We kindly ask that as soon as your appointment is complete you exit the clinic swiftly to make room for the next patient.
- The treatment room and equipment will be disinfected/sanitized between each patient.
- Our RMTs will also be completing a daily self assessment on themselves prior entering the clinic. We are doing our due diligence to stay on top of emerging information about COVID-19 and the correct protocols. We take the pandemic extremely seriously and want the best for your health.
We are looking forward to seeing each of you. If you have any questions or concerns, simply contact us.
Thank you for your continued support!
