Natalia Finlayson, RMT & Clinic Owner
Natalia Finlayson is a Registered Massage Therapist and the founder of Bliss Massage Therapy. She completed a program in Exercise Science prior to graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005. The Registered Massage Therapy program from the West Coast College consisted of 3,000 hours of academic and clinical study. Natalia possesses an excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and kinesiology, which is necessary to effectively treat a variety of conditions. Caring and enthusiastic, Natalia takes a proactive approach to treatment in helping each client's individual situation. She uses a variety of techniques such as deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to help the body heal and regain proper function facilitating the restoration of balance and alignment. Natalia grew up as a competitive ski racer, competing throughout Europe and North America representing Canada. Now she stays busy entertaining her son and when she can escape the role of mother-hood she enjoys all the outdoors that beautiful Squamish and the Sea to Sky corridor provides. Natalia takes special interest in Sports Massage/Rehabilitation Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Therapy, Infant/Pediatric Massage and Women's Health Care, Pregnancy/Post-Partum Massage- this includes massage for complicated pregnancy and post-cesarean massage.

Krista Ottema, RMT
Krista is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy's 3000 hour program. Her massage experience stems from working in multidisciplinary clinics on Vancouver's north shore. Krista's focus is on individual concerns of her clients and offers a broad spectrum of treatment modalities including myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy technique, deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations and swedish techniques. Outside of the treatment room, Krista enjoys her family time and takes advantage of the beautiful mountains by spending time mountain biking, searching for powder and trail running.

Danielle Trachsel, RMT
Originally from Oklahoma, Danielle made her way to British Columbia in 2011, where she studied Registered Massage Therapy and attained her RMT designation. Her approach to treatment is based on the biopsychosocial model. She holds to the belief that by addressing the biological, psychological and social factors in people’s lives, chronic pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction can not only be effectively treated, but prevented. Danielle uses a combination of techniques based on the needs of her patients that include, but are not limited to: myofacial release, soft tissue release, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, swedish, deep tissue and stretching. Danielle is passionate for those struggling with chronic pain and illness. Her own experiences with pain, stemming from high stress, post surgical adhesions and injury continue to help her relate and better care for her patients. Danielle’s ultimate goal is to empower and educate her patients on their healthcare journey. In her free time, Danielle enjoys hiking the many trails of Squamish with her family, reading all things pathology and sitting on sunny patios with friends.

Martine Rouleau, RMT
Marti began her journey as a healthcare professional graduating from the Cegep de Rosemont Acupuncture Program in Montreal in 2008. Always appreciating the benefits of manual therapy, Marti knew she would add Massage Therapy to her practice, and became a Registered Massage Therapist after graduating from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2018.
Marti enjoys working closely with her clients to develop personalized and integrated treatment plans. Her objective is to help people achieve their goals, whether it’s to become more mobile, decrease stress, reduce pain, rehabilitate from injuries, increase their functionality, or increase their performance at work or in sport. Cassandra Newell, RMT

With over 7 years experience, Cassie is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy as well as from the Vancouver School of Healing Arts.
She believes in treating the body holistically by focusing through the multi-interconnecting systems and layers of the body, taking into consideration both mental and physical aspects. Whether you're wanting to relax and unwind, improve postural alignment or treat specific needs, cassie uses an array of techniques including but not limited to myofascial release, trigger point release, hydrotherapy, relaxing swedish and deep tissue massage. Focusing on work related posture, stubborn back and neck tension, headache related symptoms, stress and anxiety and overall emotional well-being, you can expect each treatment to be personalized and customized to each of your individual needs and goals. Kim Thompson, RMTKim has over 20 years experience doing a variety of therapeutic massage modalities as a body worker in various spa’s around the world with a majority of time spent on BC’s West Coast. In 2018 she returned to school and graduated with Honours from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and obtained her Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation with the College of Massage Therapists of BC. Kim has completed several levels of Cranio-Sacral Therapy training with Upledger Institute and has taken courses in Cranial Fascial Techniques, Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilization, TMJD Techniques and is currently studying the European Style of Manual Osteopathy in Vancouver, which includes the gentle visceral, cranial and biodynamic components.
She uses an osteopathic and whole-body approach in her massage therapy treatments and blends a variety of gentle non-invasive therapeutic techniques that work on a deep fascial level into her treatments and uses the least amount of force needed to obtain tissue change. Some of the techniques include: Myofascial Release, Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilization, Cranial Sacral & Fascial Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique and Intra-oral TMJ techniques. Kim is passionate about assessing each clients’ individual needs and treating them to assist in achieving greater mobility, decreased pain and to restore balance in their body to contribute to their quality of life and help them get back to doing the activities they love.
